Located in our state-of-the-art 85,000 SQ FT facility at 1009 W Knipe Ave, Perkins, Oklahoma 74059 USA, Ghassan Automotive Group specializes in remanufacturing engines for BMW, Chevrolet, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, and other high-end vehicles. Our 100% USA-remanufactured engines are subject to stringent testing before shipping or installation and come with a two-year unlimited miles warranty.
Our expertise is demonstrated not only through numerous satisfied customers but also through our participation in racing events and support for clients who race our engines in various applications. With multiple world records held by our engines, you can trust the quality and performance of a Ghassan Automotive Group rebuild.
Our comprehensive engine rebuild service includes:
We provide stress-free and convenient shipping options, with most engines in stock and ready to ship. Our fully insured vehicle transportation rates are estimated at 85+ cents per mile, or engine shipment is a flat rate of $595 each way. We even offer international shipping! If you require assistance with engine installation, our team can help. In-house engine installations are available with labor rates as low as $175 per hour. Please note that there is a core charge not included in the price, which is refunded once the core engine is received. All core engines must be in a rebuildable condition to be accepted. Payments must be made via certified funds.

CNC ported head for improved airflow and power
Upgraded valve train for increased durability and performance
Upgraded camshafts for enhanced throttle response and top-end power
Cylinder sleeves to increase engine displacement and power potential

In addition to these upgrades, we also offer custom engine enhancements upon request.

Our comprehensive engine rebuild service includes:
- Disassembling the long block
- Inspecting and measuring all engine components for wear and damage
- Replacing or refurbishing damaged or worn components as needed
- Full blueprint and balanced short block
- Boring and/or honing
- Machining block deck surface
- Machining head deck surface
- Balancing the complete rotating assembly
- Using Mallory for balancing crankshaft
- Polishing the crankshaft
- Jet cleaning the block
- Jet cleaning cylinder heads
- Installing main bearings
- Installing rod bearings
- Inspecting and measuring all engine components for wear and damage
- Replacing or refurbishing damaged or worn components as needed
- Resurfacing cylinder heads as necessary
- Reassembling the cylinder heads
- Checking and setting camshaft timing
- Installing new or reconditioned camshafts and lifters
- Reassembling the long block with new gaskets and seals
- Installing new timing components and setting timing
- Replacing or rebuilding the oil pump
- Conducting a final quality control inspection
- Testing engine performance on a dynamometer
- Prepping and packaging the engine for shipment or installation
